You’re doing it honey…all the challenges of your 20s are cultivating you for an amazing future. You’re already so far ahead of where I was in my 20s….so successful and smart and so self aware. You’re an amazing human with amazing perspective ❤️
I love this gardening analogy! I am so obsessed with journalling. When I haven’t journaled in a few days (dare I say weeks sometimes) I reach a point where I’m basically craving to write. Craving to have that release. Like the mellow after an orgasm, when your heart is racing, you can finally breathe, you’re lighter, happier, everything is a little clearer and then you either need a snack or a nap, or both.
I think people tend to over romanticize 20s. I felt like parts of my younger self was writing when I read your excerpts. Thank you for sharing your vulnerable, and for crafting this beautiful piece overall. I loved reading this so much and completely agree. I am so glad I have always kept journals - it’s nice to look back and revisit old parts of me. The perspective you nave over writing is already so very wise <3 you’re doing great

What is your advice for a person who just want to start journaling
